This month, two of my favorite besties, Karan Johar and Kajol Devgn graced the cover of Noblesse India, looking as gorgeous as ever. Kajol never seems to age and becomes more and more beautiful. And while Johar is beginning to wear his age a little more, I find him much more distinguished now, than when I first recognized him as Rahul’s chubby friend in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
Even then, these two were well all the way to a lifelong partnership and friendship, and I love seeing them together. Of course, I’d rather see them at a press conference for their newest project but I’ll take what I can get. Last year, marked the 15th Anniversary of Johar’s first film and my all time favorite rom-com Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, therefore, I find it rather poignant, these two show up together in the month of love.
Kajol has been pretty quiet on the film scene mostly making charity appearances and was last seen in a small cameo during “Disco Deewane” in Johar’s newbie launcher, Student of the Year. But Johar just had a recent release a joint venture with Phantom Productions, Hasee Toh Phasee and is readying for another in a few weeks time, Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor starrer, 2States.
